The RHC-ETIP is looking forward to welcoming our members and all other stakeholders who are interested in our work on the definition of research and development priorities to the 2017 edition of its annual event on 20th June in Brussels. The conference aims to discuss the conditions to increase innovation in the RHC sector in the EU as well as the role of renewable heating and cooling in the SET Plan. It will be followed by the Steering Committee meetings of four technology panels of the RHC ETIP: Biomass TP; Geothermal TP; Cross Cutting TP; Heat Pumps TP.
Morever, on the 21 June, the RHC-ETIP will also organise a session during the official programme of the European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) with the aim to present innovative projects in the renewable heating and cooling sector, with a view to discussing the conditions to support innovations in the RHC sector and to highlighting research priorities to be addressed in the future. Registrations for this session will be done directly via the EUSEW website.
The European Technology and Innovation Platform on Renewable Heating & Cooling (RHC-ETIP) brings together stakeholders from the biomass, geothermal, solar thermal and heat pump sectors – including the related industries such as district heating and cooling, thermal energy storage, and hybrid systems – to define a common strategy for increasing the use of renewable energy technologies for heating and cooling.

The Geothermal Technology Workshop will take place in the afternoon, from 14:00 to 17:00, at the same location.
